1: Construction-linked plan (CLP):

You just have to pay the amount decided at the preliminary stage after completion of each construction update. 2: Down payment plan

  • In down payment plan, you will have to pay the whole amount to the developer within 45-60 days of time limit in which you can get a discount of 8-10% from the developer.
