The company evolved out of their family-owned construction businesses the Fortune Group and Becon Enterprise bringing together, years of experience in real estate development. In the past the associate group has completed 14 premium residential and commercial projects where in they have developed 868 units covering 8,75,000 sq. ft. of constructions.
