Jaali?s on the balconies offer shading and privacy, without compromising on the grand views of the racecourse across, while chhajjas and balconies provide natural shading and protection from rain. The skin walls and fa?ade treatment tie up the building geometry into a bold clean form where each tower is defined by an envelope with stone cladding to bring in the warm touch of natural materials.
