Asteria

Welcome to Asteria, where there is space for life. The project takes another look at how row housing is designed, home owners as a mandate give to the design team, must actually feel like they live in a bungalow. To acheive this they hace created six types of villas and mixed them so there is individuality and character in each and every villa. The project features designs offering several major innovations to the home owner. Among the many there is one other mandate the creators of Asteria have followed, this was attainability and value for investor's and owner's monet. To make that happen the design is incorporated with maximum space utilization and an innovative pricing structure based on built up area only, aslo a pionnering effort.
