The group initially planned to develop about 1.5 million sft jointly with DHFL VC. Founded two decades ago by Late Sri.K.Ramakrishnaiah, this group groomed many young people to become independent builders by themselves. Many of the builders in this area have their roots with G.K.Group. For G.K.Group, construction is profession and community work is its passion. Late Sri.K.Ramakrishnaiah donated two acres of prime land to a trust to develop educational institutions, gifted 1000 Sq. Yds. of land abutting the main road to a church and provided a place for BRAHMAKUMARIS to conduct their programs and helped many in need in several ways. The Key Persons Mr.K.Hanumantha Rao, Managing Partner, a civil engineer with two decades of experience and involvement in the construction field. A leader by example known for his impregnable integrity. Mr.K.Sudhakar, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a man with several Post Graduate qualifications has extensive exposure to academic and corporate Worlds. Presently incharge of planning, development and strategic management in the group and is responsible for developing strong association with financial institutions which made it possible to take up large projects by the group. Sri.M.Srinivasa Rao, Chief Operating Officer (COO), he is responsible for executing the projects. A man known for maintaining excellent human relations and completing the projects ahead of the schedule and always within the budget provided.
