Hi Friends,

I am interested to construct a house in ecr injambakkam (opp sea side) in 1/2 grnd patta land.

Please advise the pre requisites/preliminary things to start the construction like approvals, plans, etc...

Not opting for home loan / construction loan.

Thanks Manika,But i came to know that in ECR the land approvals will be given only for 2 grounds. I may not get approval for my land as it is only 1200 sq feet. Still can i built the house without getting land approvals Will it create any problem for any
