Mr.K.G. Janakiraman Managing Director of M/s. Jayaswathy Constructions Pvt Ltd., Villivakkam aged about 50 years is young and energetic qualified in B.A Degree from D.G.Vaishnav College, Chennai and a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management and Business Management, His Wife Mrs.J.Muthulakshmi is also One of the Director and has one son Mr.K.J.Jayasrinivasan is also One of the Director who has completed his B.Tech Civil Engineering and looking after the business. Mr.K.G.Janakiraman Served in Ashok Leyland as an executive and in charge of Civil Construction and independently handled a project of factory building construction at Gummidipoondi. Later he joined Lucas TVS as Project in charge of Civil Construction Dept and involved himself in the construction of a 25 Crore project at Sri Perumbudur. He gained very rich experience in the civil construction area by having involved in the above two Projects and this has motivated him to move towards starting his own construction company and in the year 1992. He has started the company M/s. JAYASWATHY CONSTRUCTIONS. Simultaneously he has started another company in the name and style of M/s. JAYASWATHY BUILDERS bringing his wife also in to the business. In order to have a better image and goodwill in the market, he has incorporated a private limited company in the Name and style of “JAYASWATHY CONSTRUCTIONS PVT LTD” in the financial year 2007 taking his wife Mrs.J.MUTHULAKSHMI and his son Mr.K.J.JAYASRINIVASAN are Directors of the Company along with him. His Company’s knowledge, talent and insight is a model of financial strength and stability along with cutting edge technology to improve company’s efficiency in order to provide quality product for the value of the money to the discerning home buyers. He is the Founder Chairman for BUILDERS’ ASSOCIATION OF INDIA for the year 2009-2011 and achieved lot of social status for Thiruvallur District. [Including the Main Bus Stand in District Head Quarters got sanctioned recently and all roads were laid.] He is the Secretary for Chennai Flat Promoters Association (North) for the last two years and doing wonderful service for Builders Fraternity. He is also Managing Committee Member in All India Builders Association travelling every month to various Villages in Tiruvallur District to meet the Farmers and Villagers and to guide them and to help their poor Children to study further. He is also one of the Director in “WALFS Infra India Pvt Ltd.,” started in the year 2014 to start a 300 bedded multi-specialty Hospital on the 200 feet inner ring road. This is a Limited Company and already invested Rs. 40 Crores in this company towards purchase of land. This Construction will take place in June 2015. The total Project Cost is Rs.150 Crores. He is also one of the “Managing Trustee” in VENKATA PADMAVATHI EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY for establishment of Rural Medical College and 300 bedded Hospital near Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh, for which The A.P Government has allotted 38.22 acres at a subsidy price of Rs.35.00 Lakhs per acre.
