Jazara Builders is a general contracting and real estate company founded in October 2018 by a group of civil engineers with a high level of construction experience in conventional type, precast buildings and interior fit out and finishes. The firm specializes in property management, residential and commercial construction, resort and villa projects, interior designing and execution, furniture design and production, designing and submission of plans for approval etc. Jazara builder’s primary goal was meeting customers' construction needs through quality work-man ship and successful relationships with owner management teams is evidenced by our expanding base of repeat clients. Jazara Builders offers residential and commercial construction services, real estate and property management services, job site and project management and document control. Jazara Builders evaluates projects for constructability, provides cost estimates, helps maintain project scheduling, and works with owners to meet quality and time objectives. Jazara Builders can suggest cost effective means of construction and help select the best material and finishing products for each project. Once a project is begun, Jazara Builders maintains full-time site supervisors who are responsible for all daily logs, reviewing quality and timeliness of project, conducting safety meetings and maintaining good communications with the owner.
