Lord Krishna Builders is the real estate development division of Lord Krishna Arcade Pvt Ltd. a business conglomerate since 1945. Mr. K V Damodaran, started his business tradition from Colombo, Sri Lanka. He was in the hospitality business for over 30 years and in 1975, shifted back to India. His long standing role in the business environment through managing different properties across Kerala instigated his son, and current chairman of Lord Krishna Builders, Mr. Vijay Hari to get involved in the real estate industry of Kerala. Mr. Vijay Hari, upon completion of his LLB from Al Ameen College, has been actively developing Lord Krishna Builders from the time of its inception in 2004. In a short span of 10 years, Lord Krishna Builders have become the most common name in the real estate industry in Kerala.
