This is a brainchild of Ramesh Mehta, the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. We began our business activities in 1996 with a very humble background with the first project being as small as 10,000 sq ft. Since then we have never looked back and today we have ten ongoing projects with a total area under construction of close to 3 Mn sq ft. Going forward we would be launching about 4 Mn sq ft of new projects aggregating to ten in the calendar year 2012. This has largely been possible because of the vision and determination of Ramesh Mehta to make it happen. He has been the driving force behind this astonishing growth. Over the years we have launched some very challenging projects and met with enviable success. Dreams Aakruti in one such case in point which was launched in the peak of recession. This project may not be very big by industry standards but for us it was the first big project. To take such a bold step in difficult times was not easy but again some of our core in-house strengths such as a very experienced and a qualified team especially at the top, a well thought out product, a good pulse of the market and strong belief in our operating style and set of values told us that "Yes we can do it". Today almost 80% of the project is ready in less than 36 months with an equally thumping response from the market. So ours is a team which likes to venture in un-chartered waters and see things through. Subsequently launched projects such as Dreams Nivara & Dreams Sankalp are other cases which go to prove the same. Going forward, you will continue to hear of our other thrilling endeavors from time to time. To be different from others is our passion and we thoroughly enjoy doing this. Locality highlights - Aundh

Aundh is one of the most affluent suburbs located in the northwest part of Pune, situated near the Mula River. The well-known Chest Hospital is also located in this area. Other areas including Baner, University and Khadki also come under Aundh. Located within close proximity to University and the technology park at Hinjewadi, Aundh has significantly developed as a residential area. Historically, Aundhformed a part of the region where the Battle of Khadki took place in the year 1817. This locality is divided into the old Aundh gaon and the newly constructed suburban areas like National Society, Park, Sindh Society, Chaitraban Society and Gaikwad Nagar, among others. Aundhis well connected to various central locations of the city such as Kothrud, Deccan, and Koregaon Park.

Connectivity

University Road, Road, Baner- Road and Aundh- Road are the four major roads that connect Aundh to different parts of the city. Aundh is about 8 kilometers away from central Pune via the University road. This area enjoys close proximity to localities like Sangvi, Pashan, Balewadi, Baner and Shivaji Nagar and is located within a distance of 5-8 kilometers. The Railway Station is approximately 10 kilometres away from Aundh and the Airport is about 15 kilometres away.The nearest railway station to Aundh is the Shivaji Nagar railway station which is located at a distance of about 6 kilometres. Aundh is surrounded by Baner road and Aundh-Ravet road on both sides. The stretch between Aundh- Road from Rajiv Gandhi Bridge in Sangvi to Ravet is planned to be developed as a Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) corridor. At present, the Aundh-Ravet road is linked to Wakad road wherein the intersection of these two roads forms a Y-junction. In order to offer a smooth and safe drive to Aundh, an underpass is scheduled to be constructed with a length of about 465 metres and a width of about 7.5 metres. The frequently running PMPML buses offer convenient commuting to major business districts like the IT Park.
