To enter into, manage, undertake, carryon and engage in the business of real estate development, land development and site development and to carryon the business as planners, builders, real estate developers, architects and civil engineers, contractors, real estate brokers, agents, brick makers and to build/ construct, own, operate, maintain, manage, control and administer commercial, residential, industrial, building complexes. To build, take on lease, purchase or acquire any manner whatsoever any apartments, houses, flats, rooms, huts or other accommodation for men to let or dispose of the same on installment basis, rent-purchase basis, or by outright sale whether by private treaty or by auction or in any other mode of disposition all or any integral part thereof.
