After serving 21 years in the Department of Telecommunication (a Government of India undertaking), he opted out and used his vast experience in handling turnkey projects to start a construction firm that specialized in building residential properties and apartments in the city of Chennai. In the 21 years since its launch, SUBHIKSHA had grown from being just another name to a leading entity in property development.
