Sumit Woods Pvt. Ltd. founded by families of Subodh Nemlekar & Mitaram Jangid has a history of over 2 decades attached to it. The co-founders ventured into the real estate business with mid sized residential developments in the suburbs of Mumbai.In the year 1983-84, we began our Business as Civil Contractor and constructed Bungalows and small Buildings.Over the past eventful 25 years as Builders & Developers, we have completed more than 50 projects in Mumbai, Thane & Goa. It would be safe to say, we are going strong.We deliver our promises and in turn deliver smiles to the faces of our valuable customers.
