SPECIFICATION
FOUNDATION AND BASEMENT:
a) Earthwork excavation of Design size and depth for RCC Foundation.
b) Plain cement concrete of 1:5:10 mix. Using 40-mm metal for a depth of 4” for footings.
c) Brick work masonry in CM 1:6 using first class Bricks for basement.
d) Refilling the sides of foundation and basement (below 1’6” depth) with good available soil.
e) The height of the basement as 3 Ft above G.L.
f) Plinth Beam will be provided as per the Engineer’s design.
SUPER STRUCTURE:
a) Outer walls with 9” Brick work in C.M 1:6 mix using first class bricks.
b) Partition walls with 4 ½” Brick work in C.M 1:6 mix using hoop iron bands in necessary intervals.
c) Steps are constructed with bricks in C.M 1:6 mixes using above brand bricks.
d) Floor to floor height of 10’0” height.
R.C.C.WORKS:
All R.C.C. works such as column footings, columns retaining walls, beams, Lintels, sunshades and lofts, roof slab, stair case, waist slab etc., with 1: 2:4 mix using 20mm jelly including necessary reinforcement as per drawing.
a) Lintels – Cut lintels 6”thick. Sunshades – 1’6” wide 3” thick with 1:2:4 mix.
b) Loft – 1:2:4 mix, 1’9” wide in kitchen and Bedrooms.
c) Roof slab – M20 mix with designed 5 ½ “thick.
d) Parapet – 2’6” height with Brickwork in C.M 1:6 mix 4.6” thick.
PLASTERING WORKS:
a) Ceiling plastering of 15mm thick in C.M 1:4 mix.
b) Internal and external wall surfaces of 15mm thick in C.M 1:5 mix.
TERRACE ROOF FINISHES:
a) Weathering course using skirt concrete finished in cement plaster.
b) Water proofing coat below the Skirt concrete.
AREA DEFINITION:
The area for payment will include the total built up area from outer wall to outer wall and also the portico, Outer toilet and staircase area.

JOINERIES:
Main Door:
Sal or country wood outer frame 5” x 4” and Teak wood designed shutters (designed shutters with basic cost not exceeding Rs 4000) of 30mm including fixing necessary brass fittings.
Doors:
Sal or country wood outer frame 4” x 3” and commercial flush shutters of 30mm including fixing necessary iron oxidized hinges, Aluminum tower bolts, Lockable handles, etc., and painted with enamel paint.
Windows / Ventilators:
UPVC window with necessary fittings.
Bathroom Doors:
Standard quality PVC doors with necessary fittings.
FLOORING:
a) Vitrified tile Flooring ( 2’*2’ ) in C.M. 1:4 laid for all rooms except bathrooms
b) Non Slippery Tile Flooring for all bathrooms .
SKIRTING:
3” wide tiles in CM 1:4 mix for all rooms except bath and toilet.
KITCHEN COUNTER TOP:
Black granite or Kadappa stone slab in ‘L’ shape.
PAINTING
a) Interior ceilings with 2 coats of putty + 1 coat primer and 2 coat emulsion.
b) All interior walls with 2 coats of putty + 1 coat primer and 2 coat emulsion.
c) All exterior walls with 1 coat primer + 1 Coat External emulsion (2 coats for Portico).
d) Grill works painted with 2 coats of Enamel paint over one coat of primer.

a. PVC pipe line for water supply with ¾” to 1” dia. Paste or threaded pipes open outside the building and concealed inside the building except hot water line. CPVC pipe used for hot water line.
b. PVC pipeline for sanitary with 1 ½ “to 4” dia. PVC pipe with suitable floor traps, p-traps and door openings wherever necessary. Open outside the building and concealed inside the room.
c. 4” Dia PVC pipes are used for disposing the soil from toilet to septic tank.
