ABI Estates was the first of the Group initiatives started in 12th June 2000. It commenced its business with one layout and 4 staff and today we have completed 104 layouts in a span of 13 years with staff strength of 60. So far nearly 10,000 customers have benefitted and availed nearly 10 Million square foot of land space. The company is operating with integrated processes and systems with special focus departments for Legal, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support and general administration. ABI Constructions commenced its operation in January 2007, has successfully completed its first apartment project near Singaperumal Koil Railway Station, Chennai. With great success of its first project our construction business has entered into its 2nd project near to Singaperumal Koil as similar to a gated community with independent villas and budget apartments. ABI Realtors which commenced its operation in September 2007, has successfully helped more than 100 customers to sell their plots around Chennai. ABI also intends to develop complete solution for Real Estate Industry operations and services that shall be a complete management tool for the real estate business. Already pilots are running with the frame work in its location. ABI shall be launching its Property Management Services by year 2010, to help all our customers to undertake managing their properties in their absence and free from all such overheads such as rentals, renewals, maintenances. ABI also intends to provide integrated townships and real estate spaces for various applications such as industries, logistics, hospitality and many such commercial applications as part of its growth plans.
