Our organization was formed by Ms.Kavitha Venkata Ganesh, Managing Director There is without doubt, an enormous amount of experience capacity in our MD. she has hands-on involvement in construction and real estate industry. Knowledge in this industry did not just appear overnight. It took several years of evolvement, thus deserving the utmost of respect in our organization. Over this period, she had played a large role in developing several acres of township. she had specifically formed a township with her experience and knowledge. To steer our organizations, zest and goals, we have, arguably, the best team in this industry. To add fuel to our cruise-controlled organization, we have Dr. M.Venkata Ganesh as our Director. he not only paddles us to our targets, but also manages our Admin & Finance departments. His expertise has come over a decade of experience in this field. Our other co-pilot in the management cabin is Mr. S.T.Ganesh, the Director. He has tons of experience in the field of construction. The list of Residential Apartments and independent houses he has constructed is countless. His sound Knowledge in designing and construction is an added advantage to the company. Our company has always abided by the norms set by the CMDA and the local body. We have never put selfish motive gains before proper systematic values. We do not believe in sabotaging ourselves by not complying to jurisdiction. Thus, not violating any rules and to be free from all encumbrances to protect the maximum interest of our clients of all levels. Our company exercises maximum space utility, professional architectural design and regulate the plans internally to the interest of the clients We identify the land to the requirements of the buyers. Thereafter, we take maximum care to ensure that all the statutory and regulatory requirements are met and the plan is approved. From then on, we construct within the scheduled time-frame. And finally, we obtain the required NOC to get power supply and other services.
