Right from our inception in 1987, under the guidance of Mr. Kirti Mehta, we have always believed in redefining real estate and creating benchmarks for others to follow. From a team of just 20 people, the Unishire family has fast expanded to a strength of over 150 dynamic individuals. The 3 projects announced last year have quickly multiplied to 16 projects, thereby providing a multi-fold growth from 1 million sq.ft to 10 million sq.ft under planning and development. The 76 premium homes being developed last year have risen to over a 2000 homes today.
