Background In the year 1985, the city of Kolkata witnessed a quantum leap in the then real estate scenario. That was when PS Group was rooted strongly upon the mission of providing value based, top notch, and hassle free experience for home buyers. The exciting journey was started off and promoted by industrialists of repute, Mr. Pradip Kumar Chopra and Mr. Surendra Kumar Dugar and now joined by the next generation to widen prosperity. Since its inception, PS Group have always harmonized fair business policies and now have consciously coupled it with latest technologies and practices both in the segment of internal administration and product designing. Our very first project was done with in the year 1985 as a modern apartment complex upon the legendary Jamuna Barua’s old dilapidated house and our 25th project was the property of Suchitra Sen developed into 'Vedant Apartment’ on Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata. 'Nature's Nest' at Jadavpur, Kolkata was our 50th project which was built on the property owned by Naresh Kumar, the Tennis ace. Our 75th project, 'Trinity Tower' at Topsia, now houses our corporate office, measuring about 8000 sq.ft and we delightfully shaped our 100th project, ‘PS Push’ as well. Srijan Realty has an enviable reputation in Eastern India acquired due to its masterful know-hows under the guidance of charismatic Shyam Agarwal, a Real Estate veteran.
