Locality highlights - Airoli

Airoli is a developed residential and commercial suburb in Navi Mumbai. Also known as the gateway to Navi Mumbai the place has witnessed remarkable developments in the residential and commercial sector. It has 28 sectors and two primary residential areas. Initially was just another suburb on the Thane-Belapur road till 1998, but after the completion of Mulund- Bridge in 1999, the outlook of this suburb has completely changed. Earlier, Airoli was developed and maintained by CIDCO but now it comes under the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation (NC).

Airoli houses a number of commercial big wigs like the iGate Knowledge Park, Print City of Times of India Group, Tech Park, Plaza and Mindspace SEZ. The rise of commercial activities in this suburb has triggered the demand of properties here.

Connectivity

This suburb is well-connected to all major hubs in Navi Mumbai including Vashi and Nerul. BEST and NT buses provides excellent services to areas like Chembur, Mulund, Bhandup, Borivali, Vashi, Sion, Thane, Panvel, Bhayandar and Powai. In addition to this through the Mulund-Airoli link, Mulund could be reached within 20-25 minutes from Airoli.
