As a business diversification, the construction business was launched in 1996. The first project was launched at Kondhwa, Pune in the name and style of Kent Hill View, a small project of 14 flats. Since then we have completed projects in various areas of Pune like Laxmi Road, Ganesh Peth, Wanowrie, NIBM ROAD, UNDRI, etc., besides projects in the out-skirts of Pune like KHANDALA. We have proved our expertise in the construction field by completing various projects in the stipulated time with promised amenities to satisfy our clients. Today we can proudly claim that we have worked to provide quality housing to all at affordable rates. Rachana Constructions A company established in 2005, specializing mainly in civil constructions with a major focus on executing TURN-KEY projects for both residential and commercial complexes. The company’s two partners have between them a combined experience of more than 25 years in the field of construction. They have executed prestigious projects for some of the biggest names in the industry like MAPLE Constructions, ICON Properties, Dwarka Dev, Nandan Inspera, etc., besides building infrastructure projects like bridges, roads, etc.
